Main areas of activity include:High Voltage Link Boxes and Accessories: Production of all types and designs of link boxes forms the main production line of Em Elektrik under the EMELEC brand. Additionally, EMELEC supplies cable cleats, special cable tools (Copper Metal Joint Housings/Casings, Coffin Boxes), “FILLING COMPOUND” for link box filling, high-frequency current transformers, partial discharge measurement systems, and medium-voltage accessories.
With strong technical expertise in HV XLPE cable systems, EMELEC can determine the optimal mechanical and electrical design features of link boxes and HV cable clamps. Equipped with its own machine shop, EMELEC is capable of producing high-quality and reliable components through laser cutting, CNC milling, metal bending hydraulic press, a welding shop, and a paint shop.
High Voltage XLPE Power Cable Systems Project Engineering: Includes AC site acceptance tests, partial discharge tests, cable laying, and installation services, executed by highly experienced field staff and internationally certified technicians. EMELEC has successfully completed projects both nationally and internationally.
EMELEC’s production facilities are located in a highly developed industrial area within Istanbul, covering 6000 m² of indoor and 1400 m² of outdoor space.
